Testing BioMarkers of Aging
Testing Your Biological Age with Specific Biomarkers
How old are you?
Biomarkers of Aging
How old are you? In your mind’s eye how old do you feel or appear to others? Do you think 10-20 years younger. This can be measured. We all age at various rates. Your genetics and life choices can determine your own youthfulness. You can age regress. That is entirely possible. Your goal should be feeling and acting 10-20 years younger.
This can all be scientifically measured and quantified for you.
Our centers were one of the few in the US to offer the very latest in computerized Longevity and Anti-Aging testing technologies that allow us to measure your own Biomarkers of Aging.
These are the various biological and physiological “markers” that can tell us the difference between your stated chronological age and your true biological age. They become important in gauging the overall progress being made once a comprehensive Longevity and Anti-Aging program has been started at the Institute. They can also be used for peak sports fitness and various fat loss programs.
The H-Scan 820 computer system is a series of 12 tests that measure physical, level I, biomarkers of Aging. It includes vibro-tactile, visual accommodation and hearing tone tests, motor skills and coordination, cognitive abilities, and lung function tests (Spirometry). This test is self-directed and takes about 50 minutes to complete.
Auditory Reaction Time | Highest Audible Pitch |
Vibrotactile Sensitivity | Visual Reaction time |
Muscle movement time | Lung: Forced Vital Capacity |
Lung: Forced Expiratory Volumes | Visual Reaction Times with Decision |
Muscle Movement with Decision | Memory, Length of Sequence |
Alternate Button Tapping | Visual Accommodation |
An impressive 2 page color report is then generated graphing each of these functions with a printout of your computed biological age (as opposed to your chronological age).

InBody 520 System
We also feature the state-of-the-art InBody BioSpace system, which accurately measures percent body fat, lean muscle mass in all four extremities with a calculated basal metabolic rate (BMR). The same unit used in all high end Fitness Centers. This is nearly identical to the gold standard water immersion technique.
